Take part in our Youth Community Needs Assessment! Your input will assist the UICSL to identify priorities, planning and improving services.

We are looking for youth who:

– self identify as American Indian or Alaska Native

– are between 10-17 years old with parental permission

– live in one of the following counties: Davis, Salt Lake, Tooele, Utah or Weber
