Virtual Native Youth Support Group for ages 10-24!

Join us on Friday- Feb 4th!

The session will focus on learning grounding techniques that can help support your wellness journey. Participants will create an object that will help them feel connected to their goals or to their support system while maintaining good mental health and being able to stay present.

supplies will be provided to each participant.
