Calling all ghouls, goblins, monsters and witches to join us for our annual Boo To the Flu!

Event will be located in the UICSL Parking Lot, 120 West 1300 South. Please park in the Bees Stadium parking lot.

All other services close at 1:00 PM.

Event will include:

• Flu Shots Available (Ages 4+)
• Costumes Welcome
• Trunk or Treat
• Vote for best trunk
• Covid-19 Vaccine Available (Ages 5+)
• Coats & Shoes for kids (while supplies last)
• Face painting

Must be a registered client to receive vaccines.
