Dr. Harold (Chuck) Foster, an American Indian Education Specialist with the Utah State Board of Education, speaks on the importance of community members getting vaccinated at the Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake. “It’s a health risk if you don’t,” expressed Dr. Foster.
The Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake has held mass Community COVID-19 Vaccination Days while continuing to keep safety measures in place. All who participate must wear a mask, maintain their distance in the facility and report any symptoms they have at the door.
“I think this is a great opportunity for the Urban Indian Center to provide this for the local community,” expressed Dr. Foster. “Thank you.”
