The Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake (UICSL) is excited to invite community members to participate in our summer Garden Club! This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others, practice healthy outdoor activities, and learn valuable urban agriculture skills.
Plus, as a thank you for your hard work and dedication, Garden Club members will get to bring home a share of the fresh harvest!
WEEKLY MEETING TIMES
Join us up to three times a week throughout the summer season:
- Mondays:5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesdays:5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Fridays:9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

- JUNE: 1, 3, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26, 29
- JULY: 1, 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 27, 29, 31
- AUGUST:3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, 24, 26, 28, 31
WHAT TO REMEMBER BEFORE YOU COME
To ensure everyone has a safe and fun experience, please follow these guidelines:
- Wear Closed-Toe Shoes:Keep your feet safe while working around tools and garden plots.
- Bring a Water Bottle:Stay cool and well-hydrated under the sun.
- Be Ready to Work:Come with a positive attitude and a readiness to get your hands dirty!
