Community COVID-19 Vaccination Day

The Moderna vaccine is available for any clients 18 years or older. Join us in receiving it Saturday, March 20th, on Native Community COVID-19 Vaccination Day! First and second shots will be administered.
The event is by appointment only. Please call 801-486-4877 to schedule yours! You MUST be a registered or eligible client of the Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake.
