COVID-19 Community Vaccination Day

Join us Saturday, April 17th, at COVID-19 Community Vaccination Day! The event is appointment only from 11:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Please call 801-486-4877 to schedule.
Out of abundance of caution, we are following the CDC, FDA and IHS recommendation to pause use of the Johnson & Johnson/Janssen vaccine until further guidance is provided. We will instead continue to administer the Moderna vaccine for new and established clients of the Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake and ANYONE living in their household. You must be 18 years of age or older.
