DESCRIPTION:The Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake invites community members to join Strength Sunrise Training\, a weekly morning fitness session focused on building strength\, wellness\, and connection. \nTuesdays | 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM\nUrban Indian Center of Salt Lake\n120 West 1300 South \nThis class welcomes participants of all fitness levels and provides a supportive space to start the day with movement and community. All equipment will be provided. \nEveryone is welcome\, and all levels of fitness are encouraged to attend. \nFor questions\, please contact Moriah at (801) 889-7244. \nPlease note: Participants must be a registered client of the Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake or live in the same household as a registered client.
