SUMMARY:Pinwheels of Possibility: Child Abuse Prevention Month
DESCRIPTION:At the Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake\, we believe that when our families are at the center of our community\, the possibilities for a healthy\, vibrant future are endless. This April\, we are proud to partner with Prevent Child Abuse Utah to recognize Child Abuse Prevention Month. \nThrough the “Pinwheels of Possibility” campaign\, we honor the bright futures of our youngest relatives. By providing our families with the tools\, resources\, and cultural connections they need to thrive\, we create a circle of protection around our children. \nJoin us in fostering a community where every child is safe\, loved\, and connected to their heritage. \nThe blue pinwheel is a reminder of the whimsical\, joyful childhood every Indigenous child deserves. Let’s work together to make those possibilities a reality. \nHow to show your support: \n\n\nPlant a Virtual Pinwheel: Share this post to spread awareness. \n\n\nBe a Good Relative: Check in on the parents and caregivers in your circle. \n\n\nStay Connected: Join our family programs at the Center to strengthen our community bonds.
