DESCRIPTION:The Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake invites community members to join Strength Sunrise Training\, a weekly morning fitness session focused on building strength\, wellness\, and connection. \nTuesdays | 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM\nUrban Indian Center of Salt Lake\n120 West 1300 South \nThis class welcomes participants of all fitness levels and provides a supportive space to start the day with movement and community.
