We invite you to join the Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake for our upcoming Power in the Native Plate cooking class\, where we will be mastering the art of handmade pasta. \nIn this hands-on session\, you’ll learn the techniques to create fresh pasta dough and transform it into a delicious\, rustic roasted vegetable pasta dish.
