We believe that by reclaiming our traditional values and fostering a culture of consent\, we can create a future where every relative is safe. \nHow You Can Join Us This Month: \n\n\nSpeak Up: Break the silence by sharing resources and participating in community dialogues. \n\n\nEducate: Visit our resource center to learn more about teaching healthy boundaries to our youth. \n\n\nAwareness is the first step toward change. You can walk\, jog\, or simply come to be in community.\nOur ancestors moved with strength and purpose. When we gather to move today\, we honor that history while caring for our bodies and our families. Staying active supports heart health\, clears the mind\, and helps us stay strong for the people who rely on us.\nThis group is not about speed or competition. It is about showing up\, supporting one another\, and building healthy habits together. When we move as a community\, we strengthen more than our hearts. We strengthen our connection to each other and to the generations before and after us.\nEveryone has a place here. Every step counts.\n\n
