Matt Poss, MHA, CHFP

has over 15 years experience working in the healthcare system, with eight of those a leadership/supervisorial capacity. He has worked with inpatient, long term acute care, inpatient acute rehab hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient clinics. Matt holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration and enjoys working collaboratively by making sure that's what done is best for the whole by utilizing analytics, logic, and experience.

Craig Sandoval, M.Ed.

a highly respected healthcare professional and leader from the Navajo Nation, Pueblo Pintado, NM, has dedicated 13 years to improving health outcomes within tribal communities. His extensive experience includes 10 years in executive leadership roles across the Indian Health Service, Tribal 638, Section 17 clinics, and Global Health (Guatemala/Peru). His professional approach is deeply informed by indigenous wellness philosophies, notably the Navajo Wellness Model "Sha Bik'ehgo Hozhoogo As'ah Oodaal", and by his knowledge of Navajo, Hopi, Kewa, and Mayan wellness traditions. He brings expert level skills to Behavioral Health, Clinical Operations, and Program Development, while always prioritizing culturally sensitive and responsive care.

has 11 years in the human resource field in various roles i.e., HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, HR Benefits & Payroll Specialist and HR Management. She graduated with Honors with a BS in Business Management in 2014 and went on to gain her PHR in human resources in 2020. Eva has worked in, for-profit organizations and the non-profit sector of community health. Loves inspirational quotes e.g.: “Individually, we are one drop. Together, we are an ocean.”
