Matt Poss, MHA, CHFP
has over 15 years experience working in the healthcare system, with eight of those a leadership/supervisorial capacity. He has worked with inpatient, long term acute care, inpatient acute rehab hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient clinics. Matt holds a Masters in Healthcare Administration and enjoys working collaboratively by making sure that's what done is best for the whole by utilizing analytics, logic, and experience.

has grown with UICSL over the last seven (7) years and currently serves as our Director of Clinical Operations. His focus is on expanding UICSL medical and clinical services such that all urban AI/ANs in Salt Lake have access to quality treatment services.

has 11 years in the human resource field in various roles i.e., HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, HR Benefits & Payroll Specialist and HR Management. She graduated with Honors with a BS in Business Management in 2014 and went on to gain her PHR in human resources in 2020.
